The lady I spoke to twice was mean nasty and out right unprofessional I would never recommend them and I will be filing an official complaint with the BBB. This is unacceptable I spent $328 for pretty much nothing but rude service. I was grieving and treated with less than compassion support and what I actually ordered online.
