I ordered the Premium Chocolate Lovers basket and a Birthday balloon online from Minnesota for my daughters birthday to be delivered to a restaurant in Chicago. Happily,, It arrived on the appropriate day and the picture she sent me from the restaurant of the basket was nice.Unfortunately, I ordered and paid extra for a birthday balloon but, unfortunately, no balloon was included.I would use this company again, because they delivered on time, and sent me a confirmation email of the delivery. (I'll see what happens when I tell them they forgot the balloon).
The flowers were way smaller than advertised it was really bad. Also the customer service was terrible. The lady I spoke to twice was mean nasty and out right unprofessional I would never recommend them and I will be filing an official complaint with the BBB. This is unacceptable I spent $328 for pretty much nothing but rude service. I was grieving and treated with less than compassion support and what I actually ordered online.
